All in an instant, suspended in the space between two breaths, Emily suffers a miscarriage and time stops.
In the reflective stream of consciousness that follows, three women emerge:
Taylor, who just met the love of her life after swearing off men. Samantha, a new divorcée experiencing the world for the first time. And Cat, struggling to find her voice in a world that wasn’t made for her.
It is precisely in this moment that something shifts, and they discover the tie that binds them is even stronger than loss.
This Is For Us had its first staged reading in 2021 at The Tank NYC and was helmed by an entirely female and non-binary BIMPOC cast, and a nearly all female crew and creative team. We are looking forward to a 2022/23 full stage production.
Silent Lucidity

When Genevieve learns horrifying details about her childhood, she goes into such a state of shock it nearly kills her.
Memories come rushing back, in and out of focus, as she confronts the demons of her past through a series of lucid and non-lucid states.
But is there a way back to now if those scars refuse to heal?
Silent Lucidity is an exploration of grief and the rebirth that comes from working through trauma.
It is a reminder that sometimes the path forward is behind us.
